The AfloSTART Internship Program is designed for students and recent graduates in pharmacy, chemistry, biotechnology, and related fields. Participants in this year's edition of the AfloSTART Internship Program have now embarked on this important stage of their careers by joining Aflofarm's teams.
Over the coming months, they will gain experience in one of the company's core areas - Research & Development (R&D) - where science meets practical application every day, and innovative ideas are transformed into solutions that address the needs of patients and consumers. Aflofarm continues to invest in the development of this area by expanding its teams, strengthening its technological capabilities, and enhancing collaboration with scientific partners in Poland and abroad.
AfloSTART is designed for individuals who want to build their professional experience not only through observation, but above all through active participation in the day-to-day work of experienced specialists. This year's interns have joined our Analytical Development and Technology Departments.

Throughout the summer, interns will become familiar with the workings of a modern R&D environment, take part in ongoing projects, and collaborate with experts responsible for developing new products and advancing the technologies used in the production of medicines, medical devices, dietary supplements, and cosmetics.
One of the program's greatest strengths is the opportunity to experience first-hand how work is carried out in laboratories equipped with cutting-edge laboratory equipment. Aflofarm's in-house R&D capabilities enable the development of technologies across a broad range of dosage forms - from tablets and capsules to syrups, suspensions, creams, and gels.
The development of new products at Aflofarm is also driven by close collaboration with universities, research institutes, and experts from a wide range of scientific disciplines. As a result, program participants gain insight into the entire innovation process—from the initial concept and laboratory development through to commercialisation.
Working in R&D requires not only specialist expertise but also curiosity, collaboration, and openness to new challenges. For this reason, the internship places equal emphasis on developing practical skills, understanding how interdisciplinary teams operate, and building professional competencies in a real business environment.
